I am writing again

If I don't do it, I will go stark raving mad.
I am writing again. About life - at 52 I may have just about earned the necessary experience.
I write about love. I write about travel. I write about the things that make my mind tick and sets my imagination alight.
Occasionally I will choose a subject deemed controversial. Luckily, I won't be the person who calls it or labels it as controversial. Controversy does not become me. But if you think it is controversial, then let it be.
I will write about my experiences in the world of work and the world of the hills and mountains that form the character that has become me. That is Ndundwini for short.
This is place that has no known treasure like gold or diamond. It boasts of no prominent celebrity or political. There was once a famous sculptor Michael Zondi. He died in 2008 but besides his life-sized sculptures, his words will live forever.
"My art is made for the people and the world. It is my interpretation of God’s creation, and not something specially made for the Art expert. Art should not be a mystery, but should be able to speak to mankind and represent its creator even when he is long gone.”
Other than Michael, and the reluctant writer also called Michael Zondi from the same area, Ndundwini remains just that. A hill where life can be brutish and short. Or it can be placid.
Importantly, I am writing again
